Reservations must be confirmed in writing by means of a facsimile, voucher or email. A 50% deposit or credit card details are required before a reservation can be confirmed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellation Fees will be applicable as below:
- Less than 7 days forfeit the total value of accommodation costs.
- 7 - 14 days, forfeit 75% of the total value of the accommodation costs
- 15 - 21 days, forfeit 50% of the total value of the accommodation costs
- 22 - 28 days, forfeit 25% of the total value of the accommodation costs
